Overview
Flower it is a flower delivery app that connects users with curated local florists, allowing them to browse bouquets, customize orders, and schedule delivery in just a few steps.
The goal was to design a friendly, trustworthy experience that feels personal enough for gifting, yet fast and efficient for last‑minute orders.
The experience covers the full journey: exploring occasions, picking a store, customizing bouquets, adding add‑ons, and completing payment with clear status tracking.
Challenge
People often struggle to find the right bouquet at the right time, especially when ordering online.
Most existing apps are either cluttered, lack emotional storytelling, or make pricing and delivery options confusing.
Solution
Simple onboarding and login with email or social accounts to reduce friction for first‑time users.
Home experience built around location‑based stores, occasions, and curated collections to help users quickly find the right bouquet.
Clear product cards with images, ratings, and prices, plus an easy quantity selector and add‑to‑cart flow.
Seamless checkout with saved addresses, multiple payment methods, and a clear confirmation screen that reassures users their gift is on the way.
Key Insights
Users buying flowers are often under time or emotional pressure, so the interface must remove friction and uncertainty.
By prioritizing clear pricing, visible delivery details, and emotionally driven visuals, the experience feels both practical and personal.
